• Source: Sourced from Bicol, Quezon Province, Palawan, and Samar.
• Size and Weight: Approximately 1 kilogram per piece.
• Storage and Shelf Life: For optimal freshness, consume within 2-3 days. For longer storage, freeze immediately upon delivery to maintain quality for up to 1 month.
• Preparation: Cleaned, gutted, and descaled. Can be sliced upon request.
• Packaging: Vacuum-sealed for freshness. In-house deliveries are packed in a styrofoam box with ice and transferred to a plastic bag upon arrival. Third-party courier deliveries are packed in a corrugated box with ice.
• Typical Menus: Ideal for dishes like Steamed Maya-maya with ginger and soy, grilled red snapper, and Sinanglay na Maya-maya.
