- Storage and Shelf Life: For optimal freshness, consume within 2-3 days. For longer storage, freeze immediately upon delivery to maintain quality for up to 1 month.
- Preparation: Cleaned, gutted, and descaled. Can be sliced upon request.
- Packaging: Vacuum-sealed for freshness. In-house deliveries are packed in a styrofoam box with ice and transferred to a plastic bag upon arrival. Third-party courier deliveries are packed in a corrugated box with ice.
